  • From the West (Bayamon, Arecibo, Aguadilla): Use Expressway PR-22 (TOLL) Expreso De Diego. Follow signs to San Juan, then exit at Calle Pavia (Exit 0A). Cross Avenida Ponce de Leon (PR-25) to Avenida Jose de Diego.
  • From the East (Fajardo, Humacao): Take PR-3, then PR-66 (Toll), which merges into PR-26 Expreso Baldorioty de Castro. Exit at Calle San Jorge and turn left onto Avenida Jose de Diego.
  • From the Airport: Take PR-26 Expreso Baldorioty de Castro. Exit at Calle San Jorge and turn left onto Avenida Jose de Diego.
  • From Old San Juan: Take PR-1, merge onto PR-26, and exit at Avenida Jose de Diego.

Bus: Take Bus A5 from Ponce De Leon Avenue or B21 from Condado. The Minillas Government Center is at Stop 22 (Parada 22) in front of the Puerto Rico Museum of Art.
